Decker, Rosemary

Rosemary Decker grew up in the Chicago area, and attended Northwestern University, Roosevelt University, the Chicago Art Institute, and Eastern Oregon College of Education. She eventually settled in California and began her teaching career in Los Angeles and Oceanside. Later Rosemary established a private remedial education program there. Rosemary's interest in Mars led to a great deal of research on the topic, and ultimately to this book. She credits the book's completion to several professional astronomers and the hovercraft co-inventor, Leonard Cramp, who aided her in the researching and writing of Thirty-five Minutes to Mars.
